Today....marathon day in sch again....wk B tuesdays are marathon days...the days where we see every single teacher and the day drags on and on and on.....so sian

And so 2.4km test was today....i had a badly aching thigh...wait thighs...so i was worried in the morning that i wouldn't be able to run....then there was philippians 4:13...what a wonderful reminder...true enough i managed to run abt 11 minutes...and 51st place....not bad for someone who used to run 16 minutes (b4 i lost weight).

I would recommend TCM to anyone....not the game....Traditional Chinese Medicine...many thanks to the secret remedy from my grandma that helped to sooth my muscle ache so i could run better as well. Of course i can't say that all her remedies work...some taste like ><

i can jump 1.8m!!! bad newz...it's still a fail mark...so i'm gonna fail NAPFA...one week to achieve at least 186cm....it's not gonna be easy....and yeah Mr Samuel Sim said that for pullups anything below 7 is for women...and 0 is like eunuchs...(so jin immediately obliged)....lol that means ACS can't be a boys' school...i can only do 3 at most....lucky i'm still 14...
